Anti-H Monoclonal Antibodies for Blood Typing

Detects the H-antigen of human erythrocytes and secretions. The titer in the microplate agglutination reaction with group O(I) erythrocytes is 1:256. The hemagglutination capacity (the time for clear agglutination to appear after mixing the Tsoliclone with erythrocytes, in seconds) with group O(I), A(II), B(III), and AB(IV) erythrocytes.
